Wow Amanda, you are going all out. I have so many favorite desserts I don't know if I can pick just one, but I'll try. I would have to say that one of my all time favorite desserts is cheesecake, any flavor will do. I even had it as my wedding cake. Good luck with your first contest.

Hi Amanda,
I make a great dreamsicle pie. It's orange jello, orange sherbet, mini marshmallows, cool whip and graham cracker crust. My kids love it and I make it with sugar free, or fat free if I can so it's not so calorie laden.

i have to say that slices of Autumn's first birthday cake would look especially cute and festive on these plates :)

I would like to say it would be Home Baked Cherry or Apple Pie, but I make that very infrequently. It's much more likely to O'Henry Bars. Have you had them? They are SO good. Oatmeal Crunchy Bottom with Peanut Butter Chocolate Top. I may have to go bake some now. :)

PS Just found your blog today. Love It!

Well, it needs to be both easy & delicious, in my opinion. And it's gotta pop off that great lime color. So, I'd go with this delish summer recipe I stole (wish I could take the credit); Lime Ice Cream Torte Topped with Fresh Berries & Berry Sorbets.

I love everything!
I love bundt cake and all its moistness...isn't that ridiculous, of all the desserts out there?

3 little and 2 big liks said...

yup, i'm a follower. i'm a tad of a blog following freak. so, yes, yes i follow and not ashamed to admit it.

3 little and 2 big liks said...

let's see.
what would i do with those cute little green plates??
well, you see, since i don't cook OR bake (don't know how i've kept 3 children alive for 10+ years) i think what I'D do with the plate is hang them on my wall.(or serve up a giant plate of yummy scones from the dutch bakery!)
i could use a fun splash of green around here...all this red needs a little friendly competition! :)

Rachel said...

Favorite Dessert has to be strawberry rhubarb pie! hmmm. Although I am enjoying a peach cobbler every now and again this summer :) I am with you on that red chair, love it!

Sami said...

Carrot cake would look lovely on these. Or a salad made with Red leaf lettuce and strawberries.

rachelanna said...

I'm thinking that my grandma's recipe for homemade strawberry pineapple sorbet scooped up with a sprig of fresh mint would be a perfect use for those plates!
